For Briana McNeil, being a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is so much more than just a job. Her team in Warwick, RI has become like a second family.

Briana has been with Desert De Oro (DDO) for three years, but she’s no stranger to Taco Bell. She recently started her ninth year with the brand, and though she started out as a crew member, Briana climbed the career ladder quickly.

A True Team

Briana shared that her role is challenging, but that she enjoys learning something new every day. She attributes much of her industry knowledge to the instruction of her Area Coach (AC), Jenny Marchessault. “Jenny doesn’t treat us like bodies or numbers,” says Briana. “We are people. She knows us on a personal level and is always there if we need her to be.”

Briana’s also a strong leader in her own right. Recently, she’s been lending her expertise to help train new employees at two just-opened Taco Bells in Region 9. Now, more locations will benefit Briana’s work ethic, insight and compassion!

“I wouldn’t be where I am without my team.”- Briana McNeil, Restaurant General Manager

Bright Futures

Outside of work, Briana enjoys an abundant life with her family and boyfriend of ten years, Karmen. The two have known each other since seventh grade, and are working toward owning a house together. In their free time, they enjoy exploring nature on fishing trips to local lakes and ponds.

Thank you for always going above and beyond, Briana! We couldn’t be more grateful that you’re a part of our DDO family.
