It’s safe to say nostalgia played a big role in prompting Isis Beavers to apply for a job at Desert de Oro Foods (DDO). 

“Taco Bell was a big part of my childhood,” she shares. Isis has been in the Food Champion role at one of our Taco Bells for about a year, and only has glowing things to say about the job and the people!

“I really enjoy the people that I work with,” Isis says. “They’re very open, they’re very kind.” Isis understands not everyone has the good fortune to say they truly like their job.

Working for DDO, Isis says her impact feels greater. “I try my best … because I know it’s bigger than just Taco Bell,” she shares. “These people know me … talk to me. They treat me like a person.”

The Future is Bright

What’s next? Isis plans to get a college degree. She hopes to study law and its impact on society. “I care about people,” she says. Perhaps a Live Más Scholarship is calling!
